How to redeem your fuel voucher

The only partner where you can redeem both at the pump and in the convenience store. You type your own code into the terminal — you never hand over your phone.

1. 1Tell the petrol attendant (or cashier in the shop) that you're paying with a wiCode voucher.
2. 2Open your WhatsApp message so your wiCode number is ready.
3. 3The attendant selects “wiCode Voucher” on their terminal and hands it to you.
4. 4Type your wiCode number into the terminal yourself.
5. 5If the voucher covers the full amount, you're done — the slip prints with your wiCode on it. If not, pay the balance with cash or card.

Forecourt till

Redemption happens at the station till. Your wiCode can be scanned as a QR code or typed in as a number.

1. 1Tell the cashier you want to pay (or part-pay) with a wiCode before you settle up.
2. 2Show your wiCode — they'll scan the QR from your phone (hold it 20–30 cm from the scanner) or key in the number.
3. 3Wait a few seconds while the till connects and confirms.
4. 4If there's a balance left to pay, settle it with cash or card.
5. 5Keep your till slip — the redemption shows as a “Mobile” line with a wiCode reference number.

Tip: if the cashier is unsure, ask them to select Total → Other Tenders → Mobile on the till.

Forecourt only

TotalEnergies stations redeem wiCodes at the forecourt. Their point-of-sale system is currently being upgraded, so participation is still rolling out — please confirm with the attendant that the station accepts wiCode before fuelling. A detailed step-by-step guide is coming as soon as the rollout completes.
